Bio
Originally from Hanover Jenny Huch studied sociology in Göttingen and sociological conflict research in Augsburg. In 2022 she started working at KUKA as an Analyst for the Social Impacts of Robotics and now investigates as an UX Researcher the psychological, ethical, and social effects of robotics in human‑robot interaction. As a sociologist and expert in qualitative social research, her goal is to explore and develop robotic systems that are not only technically advanced but also socially sustainable. Furthermore, she is a member of Women in AI and Robotics and the National Coordinator of ERW Germany.

Mariebeth is a tech entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in software development. With a degree in computer science and having founded multiple organisations, Mariebeth has a unique edge in bringing tech ventures to life. She is currently working on her newest undertaking, a social startup, to empower underprivileged and marginalised women with computer science skills to create more diversity in tech while making a social impact. Mariebeth, a Filipina-Austrian with a computer science background, is in the unique position to build this scalable social impact startup between South East Asia and the German-speaking DACHLI-region.
